My classes encourage self-expression and discovery. Practices include intuitive painting and drawing, collage and mixed media, creative journaling, mandalas, and guided visualizations. I have experience teaching kids, adults, and intergenerational groups. All experience levels are welcome, unless otherwise noted. Classes are available in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

During SoulCollage® sessions, I hold space for individuals and groups to connect with their inner wisdom and innate creativity. SoulCollage® is a self-directed artistic and therapeutic method in which participants create small collaged cards and then consult their images for insight and self-discovery.
